Dear Lord, please help me to have a forgiving heart towards those who have wronged me. May I not hold grudges or seek revenge, but instead choose to comfort them in their time of need. Protect them from being consumed by their sorrow and guide them towards healing and restoration. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: so that, on the contrary, you should rather forgive him and comfort him, lest by any means such a one should be swallowed up with his excessive sorrow.
2 Corinthians 2:7
