Praying from Philippians 2:27 relating to Mercy, Healing, Comfort

Dear God, I come before you today claiming the promise that you had mercy on the sick and not only on him but also on me, so that I may not have sorrow on sorrow. I pray that you will extend your mercy and healing power to me and anyone else who is sick or suffering. May your love and grace be upon us, and may we find comfort and strength in your presence. Thank you for your unfailing love and for always being there for us. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: For indeed he was sick nearly to death, but God had mercy on him, and not on him only, but on me also, that I might not have sorrow on sorrow.
Philippians 2:27

This is a Promise. The verse is a testimony of God’s mercy towards the sick person and the speaker, preventing them from experiencing additional sorrow.
