Dear Yahweh, I come before you with a humble heart and ask for your mercy. Please heal me, for I have sinned against you. I acknowledge my wrongdoing and ask for your forgiveness. Help me to turn away from my sins and live a life that is pleasing to you. Thank you for your love and grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
