Prayer based on Psalms 130:3. Themes: Sin, Forgiveness, Mercy

Dear Yahweh, I come before you today with a humble heart, acknowledging that I am a sinner in need of your grace and mercy. I thank you for the promise that if you kept a record of sins, no one could stand before you. I claim this promise today, knowing that you have forgiven me of my sins through the sacrifice of your Son, Jesus Christ. I trust in your unfailing love and ask that you continue to guide me on the path of righteousness. Thank you for your grace and forgiveness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: If you, Yah, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?
Psalms 130:3

This is a Promise. The verse is a statement acknowledging that if God were to keep a record of sins, no one would be able to stand before Him. It is a reminder of God’s mercy and forgiveness towards those who repent and turn to Him.
