Dear Lord, as evening falls upon us, we come before you with grateful hearts. We ask that you guide us in our work and help us to always give our best effort. Just as the lord of the vineyard called his laborers and paid them their wages, we pray that you bless us with the fruits of our labor. May we always remember to put you first in all that we do, and may we be humble and grateful for the blessings you bestow upon us. We ask this in your holy name, Amen.
Verse: “When evening had come, the lord of the vineyard said to his manager, ‘ Call the laborers and pay them their wages, beginning from the last to the first.’
