Dear Lord, help me to remain in the same house where you have placed me, and to be content with the provisions that are given to me. May I remember that as a laborer in your kingdom, I am worthy of my wages, and may I not seek after more than what you have provided. Help me to be faithful in the place where you have called me, and to not be tempted to wander from house to house. Thank you for your provision and your faithfulness. Amen.
Verse: Remain in that same house, eating and drinking the things they give, for the laborer is worthy of his wages. Don’t go from house to house.
