Dear God, please grant me the wisdom to know when to speak and when to remain silent. Help me to be knowledgeable and discerning in my words. May I also have the strength to remain even-tempered in all situations, and may this be a sign of my understanding and maturity. Thank you for your guidance and blessings. Amen.

Verse: He who spares his words has knowledge. He who is even tempered is a man of understanding.
Proverbs 17:27
