Dear Lord, help me to remember that sometimes it is better to keep silent than to speak foolishly. Grant me the wisdom to discern when to speak and when to remain quiet. May my words be thoughtful and edifying, and may I always seek to bring glory to your name. Amen.

Verse: Even a fool, when he keeps silent, is counted wise. When he shuts his lips, he is thought to be discerning.
Proverbs 17:28
