Dear God, I come to you today claiming the promise that you have given us in your word. You have promised that the last enemy that will be abolished is death. I thank you for this promise and I trust in your word. I pray that you will help me to live my life with the assurance that death has no power over me. I pray that you will give me the strength to face any challenges that come my way, knowing that you have already overcome death. I trust in your love and your power, and I thank you for the hope that you have given us through your son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
