Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise of resurrection that came through man. I know that death came by man, but I also know that through your grace and mercy, the resurrection of the dead also came by man. I claim this promise today and trust in your power to bring new life to those who have passed away. I pray that you will comfort those who are grieving and give them hope in the promise of eternal life. Thank you for your love and for the gift of salvation. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
