Praying from Hebrews 2:14 relating to Redemption, Incarnation, Defeat of Satan.
Dear Lord,
Thank you for the promise that you have shared in our flesh and blood. You have partaken of the same, so that through your death, you might bring to nothing the power of death that the devil had over us.
I claim this promise today, knowing that you have already defeated the enemy and that I have nothing to fear. Help me to trust in your power and to live my life in a way that honors you.
Thank you for your love and your sacrifice. May I always remember the price you paid for my salvation and live my life in a way that brings glory to your name.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise.
The verse is stating that Jesus shared in our humanity by becoming flesh and blood, and through his death, he defeated the devil who had the power of death. The promise is that through Jesus’ sacrifice, the power of death has been overcome.
