Dear God,
We pray for the widows and aliens who are vulnerable and often targeted for violence. Protect them from harm and provide them with the support they need to thrive. We also pray for the fatherless who have lost their protectors and are left alone in this world. Comfort them and guide them towards a brighter future. Help us to be a source of love and compassion for those who are marginalized and in need. Amen.
Verse: They kill the widow and the alien, and murder the fatherless.
Psalms 94:6
This is a Command. The verse is a condemnation of those who commit violence against vulnerable members of society, specifically widows, aliens, and fatherless children.
