Dear God,

We come before you today with humble hearts, seeking your guidance and wisdom. We ask that you help us to remember the importance of respecting the boundaries that have been set before us. May we never be tempted to encroach on the fields of the fatherless or take advantage of those who are vulnerable.

Lord, we pray that you would give us the strength and courage to stand up for what is right and just. Help us to be a voice for the voiceless and to defend those who cannot defend themselves.

We ask that you would bless the fatherless and provide for their needs. May they know your love and feel your presence in their lives. And may we, as your children, be a source of comfort and support to them.

Thank you for your grace and mercy, Lord. We trust in your unfailing love and ask that you would guide us always in the paths of righteousness.

In Jesus’ name we pray,

Verse: Don’t move the ancient boundary stone. Don’t encroach on the fields of the fatherless,
Proverbs 23:10

This is a Command. The verse is instructing the reader not to move the ancient boundary stone and not to take advantage of the fields of the fatherless. It is a warning against dishonesty and injustice.
