Dear God, I pray that you would have mercy on those who have caused harm and pain to others. May they come to repentance and seek forgiveness for their actions. However, if they continue to cause harm, I pray that you would protect those who are vulnerable and innocent. Let their children not be fatherless and their wives not be widows. May your justice and love prevail in all situations. Amen.

Psalms 109:9
