Father God, I thank you that you are my Defender and that you are strong. I claim the promise that you will plead my case against any who come against me. I trust in your power and your justice to protect me and fight for me. Thank you for being my refuge and my strength. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Proverbs 23:11

This is a Promise. The verse is assuring the reader that their Defender (presumably God) is strong and will plead their case against their enemies.
