Dear Lord, I thank you for your word and the promise that unless your law had been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction. I claim this promise today and ask that you help me to delight in your law and find joy in your commands. May your word be a lamp to my feet and a light to my path, guiding me through every trial and affliction. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the hope that your word brings. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
