Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that the saints who are in the earth are the excellent ones in whom is all your delight. I claim this promise for myself and for all those who love and serve you. May we be counted among the saints and may we bring you delight through our obedience and faithfulness. Help us to live holy and righteous lives that honor you and bring glory to your name. May we be a light in this world and may others see your love and grace through us. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise that you delight in us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: As for the saints who are in the earth, they are the excellent ones in whom is all my delight.
Psalms 16:3

This is a Promise.

The verse is stating that God finds delight in the saints who are on earth. There is no command given to the reader.
