Dear Lord, please help me to be mindful of the words I speak and the actions I take. May I never say or do anything that would cause harm or regret. If I have spoken or acted in a way that is not pleasing to you, please forgive me and guide me to make amends. Help me to always choose my words and actions wisely, so that I may bring joy and positivity to those around me. Amen.
Verse: You will vomit up the morsel which you have eaten and waste your pleasant words.
Proverbs 23:8
This is a Command. The verse is warning the reader that if they speak deceitful or flattering words, they will eventually be exposed and suffer the consequences.
