Praying from Matthew 16:19. Themes: Authority, Kingdom, Binding/Loosing.

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude and thanksgiving. Thank you for the promise that you have given to us in your word, that you will give us the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven.

Lord, I claim this promise today and ask that you would give me the keys to unlock the doors of your Kingdom. Help me to understand your will and your ways, and to walk in your truth and your light.

I also claim the promise that whatever I bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever I release on earth will have been released in heaven. Lord, I ask that you would give me the wisdom and discernment to know what to bind and what to release, according to your will.

Thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and your love. I trust in your promises and I know that you will never fail me. In Jesus’ name, I pray.

Amen.

This is a Promise. Jesus promises to give the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven to the reader, and whatever they bind or release on earth will have already been bound or released in heaven.
