Dear Lord, help us to understand that it is not what goes into our bodies that defiles us, but what comes out of our hearts and minds. May we strive to purify our thoughts and actions, and to always speak and act with love and kindness towards others. Guide us in our daily lives and help us to be a reflection of your grace and mercy. Amen.
