Dear Lord Jesus, I thank you for the promise that you are the Lord even of the Sabbath. I claim this promise today and ask for your guidance and strength as I rest in you. Help me to find true rest in your presence and to trust in your provision for all my needs. May I always remember that you are in control and that I can trust you completely. Thank you for being my Lord and Savior. In your name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: Therefore the Son of Man is lord even of the Sabbath.”
