Dear Lord,

We pray for the widow who had been in the temple for eighty-four years, worshiping with fastings and petitions night and day. We ask that you bless her with your love and grace, and that you continue to strengthen her faith. May we also be inspired by her devotion to you, and may we strive to worship you with the same fervor and dedication.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
