Dear God, I come to you as a widow indeed and desolate, but I know that my hope is set on you. I claim the promise that I will continue in petitions and prayers night and day, knowing that you hear my cries and will answer me. Help me to trust in you and find comfort in your presence. Thank you for being my rock and my refuge. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
