Dear God, I thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ down from heaven to do your will and not his own. Help me to follow in his footsteps and always seek to do your will above my own desires. May I have the strength and courage to surrender my own will to yours, just as Jesus did. Amen.

John 6:38
