Dear Lord, in the midst of our busy lives, we often forget to take care of ourselves and nourish our bodies. Just as the disciples urged you to eat, we ask that you remind us to prioritize our physical health. Help us to make wise choices in what we eat and to find balance in our daily routines. Thank you for the gift of food and for sustaining us each day. Amen.
