Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that when we take food, we are strengthened. I claim this promise today and ask that you strengthen me in every area of my life. Just as Saul stayed with the disciples in Damascus for several days, I pray that you would surround me with godly people who will encourage and support me. Help me to grow in my faith and become more like you. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
