Dear God, thank you for removing the old and raising up the new. I claim the promise that you have found me to be a person after your own heart, who will do all your will. Help me to live up to this promise and to always seek your will in everything I do. May I be a faithful servant and a true reflection of your love and grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: When he had removed him, he raised up David to be their king, to whom he also testified, ‘ I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after my heart, who will do all my will.’

This is a Promise. The verse states that God found David to be a man after his own heart who will do all his will.
