Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that he who has seen has testified, and his testimony is true. I claim this promise today and ask that you help me to always remember that your truth is unchanging and unwavering. Help me to trust in your word and to believe in your promises. May my faith be strengthened as I seek to follow you and may I always testify to your goodness and truth. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: He who has seen has testified, and his testimony is true. He knows that he tells the truth, that you may believe.
John 19:35

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that the testimony given is true and trustworthy, with the purpose of leading the reader to believe.
