Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that the word of Jesus might be fulfilled, which he spoke, signifying by what kind of death he should die. I claim this promise over my life and trust that you will fulfill every word that you have spoken over me. Help me to trust in your plan for my life, even when it may involve suffering or hardship. May I always remember that your ways are higher than my ways and your thoughts are higher than my thoughts. Thank you for the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, and may his death and resurrection continue to bring hope and salvation to all who believe. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
