Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that if we keep your word, we will never taste of death. Despite the doubts and accusations of the Jews, I believe in your promise and trust in your word. I pray that you help me to keep your word and live a life that is pleasing to you. May I never doubt your promises and always have faith in your love and grace. Thank you for the gift of eternal life through your son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Verse: Then the Jews said to him, “Now we know that you have a demon. Abraham died, as did the prophets; and you say,‘ If a man keeps my word, he will never taste of death.’
