Praying from Ephesians 5:29 relating to Love, Care, Unity

Dear Lord, thank you for the reminder that we should never hate our own flesh, but instead nourish and cherish it. Help us to take care of ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually so that we can be the best version of ourselves for you and for others. May we also extend this same love and care to our brothers and sisters in the assembly, just as you do. Amen.

Verse: For no man ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord also does the assembly,
Ephesians 5:29
