Praying from Ephesians 1:22 relating to Subjection, Headship, Assembly.

Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that you have put all things in subjection under your feet and have given you to be the head over all things for the assembly. I claim this promise today and ask that you would help me to live in the reality of it. May I always remember that you are in control and that nothing is too difficult for you. Help me to trust in your sovereignty and to follow your lead in all things. Thank you for being the head of the church and for leading us into all truth. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: He put all things in subjection under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things for the assembly,
Ephesians 1:22

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that God has given Jesus authority over all things for the benefit of the assembly (or church).
