Dear God, I pray that you help me to resist the temptation of sin that finds occasion through the commandment. Please guide me to live a life that is free from coveting and all kinds of sinful desires. I ask for your strength to overcome sin and to live a life that is pleasing to you. Thank you for your grace and mercy that allows me to live apart from the law and to be alive in you. Amen.

Verse: But sin, finding occasion through the commandment, produced in me all kinds of coveting. For apart from the law, sin is dead.
Romans 7:8
