Praying from Romans 8:10. Themes: Sin, Righteousness, Spirit

Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that if Christ is in me, my body is dead because of sin, but my spirit is alive because of righteousness. I thank you for the gift of your son, Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for my sins and rose again, giving me new life in him. I pray that you would continue to work in me, transforming me into the image of Christ and empowering me to live a life that honors you. Help me to walk in the power of your Holy Spirit, so that I may live a life that is pleasing to you. Thank you for the promise of eternal life in Christ, and for the hope that I have in him. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
