Dear Lord, please help me to always reward good for good and never repay evil for the good that has been done to me. May I always choose to do what is right in your eyes and not let evil take root in my heart. Please protect my home and family from the consequences of any wrong actions I may take. Help me to be a vessel of your love and grace, and may your light shine through me in all that I do. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: Whoever rewards evil for good, evil shall not depart from his house.
Proverbs 17:13

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader not to reward evil for good, or else evil will not depart from their house.
