Prayer based on Proverbs 11:28. Themes: Trust, Riches, Righteousness

Dear Lord, I pray that I never put my trust in my riches, but instead, put my faith in you. Help me to remember that material possessions are temporary and can never bring true happiness or fulfillment. May I always strive to live a righteous life, following your commandments and living in accordance with your will. May I flourish like the green leaf, growing stronger and more vibrant with each passing day. Thank you for your love and guidance, and for always being there to support me. Amen.

Verse: He who trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous shall flourish as the green leaf.
Proverbs 11:28

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader not to trust in their riches, as doing so will lead to their downfall. Instead, the righteous who trust in God will flourish like a green leaf.
