Dear God, I come before you today claiming the promise of eternal life. I pray that I may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. May my heart be filled with the knowledge of your love and grace, and may I live my life in a way that honors you. Thank you for the gift of eternal life, and may I never take it for granted. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: This is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ.
John 17:3

This is a Promise. The verse promises that eternal life is achieved by knowing the only true God and Jesus Christ whom he sent.
