Praying from Matthew 5:30 relating to Self-discipline, Sacrifice, Hell.

Dear Lord,

If there is anything in my life that causes me to stumble and stray away from your path, please help me to identify it and remove it from my life. Give me the strength and courage to cut it off and throw it away from me, even if it may be difficult or painful.

I know that it is better for me to lose one part of myself than to risk losing my entire being to the fires of Gehenna. Help me to prioritize my relationship with you above all else and to make the necessary sacrifices to stay on the right path.

Thank you for your love and guidance, and for always being there to help me through the challenges of life. Amen.

Verse: If your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off, and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna.
