Dear Lord, like the man who went to Pilate and asked for Jesus’ body, I come to you today seeking your presence and guidance in my life. Please command my heart and soul to be given up to you, so that I may live according to your will and purpose. Help me to follow in the footsteps of Jesus, and to always seek your truth and love. Amen.

Verse: This man went to Pilate and asked for Jesus’ body. Then Pilate commanded the body to be given up.
