Father God, as I come before you today, I am reminded of the centurion and those who were with him watching Jesus. When they saw the earthquake and the things that were done, they were terrified and declared, “Truly this was the Son of God!” Lord, I claim this promise for myself today. I declare that Jesus is the Son of God and that He has the power to move mountains in my life. I pray that I may always be in awe of His power and majesty, and that I may never forget the sacrifice He made for me on the cross. Thank you for your love and grace, and for the promise that through Jesus, I have eternal life. In His name, I pray. Amen.
