Prayer based on Acts 15:10. Themes: Temptation, Burden, Grace.
Dear God, please help us to resist the temptation to burden your disciples with a yoke that is too heavy for them to bear. We acknowledge that even our ancestors were unable to bear such a weight, and we do not want to repeat their mistakes. Instead, we pray for your guidance and wisdom to lead your people with love and compassion, and to help them carry only the burdens that are necessary for their growth and development. May we always seek your will and follow your ways, so that we may honor you and serve your kingdom faithfully. Amen.
Verse: Now therefore why do you tempt God, that you should put a yoke on the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?
Acts 15:10
This is a Command. The verse is a warning to not burden disciples with impossible demands.
