Dear Lord, help us to always be true and faithful to you. May we never betray you like Judas did. Give us discernment to recognize those who may lead us astray and the strength to resist their temptations. Help us to always follow your will and not be swayed by the opinions of others. May we never be the cause of someone else’s pain or suffering. We pray for forgiveness for our past mistakes and ask for your guidance in the future. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: Now he who betrayed him had given them a sign, saying, “Whoever I kiss, he is the one. Seize him.”
Matthew 26:48

This is a Command. The verse instructs the reader to seize the person who is kissed by the betrayer.
