Heavenly Father, I come before you today claiming the promise that whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him. I thank you for your mercy and grace that covers all our sins. I also claim the promise that whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age, or in that which is to come. I pray that you will help me to always honor and respect the Holy Spirit and never speak against Him. I ask for your forgiveness for any past mistakes and pray for your guidance to always follow your will. Thank you for your love and forgiveness. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age, or in that which is to come.

This is a Promise. The verse promises that speaking against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but speaking against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven in this age or the next.
