Dear Lord, I thank you for your promise that if I am faithful over a few things, you will set me over many things. I pray that I may be a good and faithful servant, always seeking to do your will and glorify your name. May I use the talents and resources you have given me to serve others and advance your kingdom. And when I stand before you one day, may I hear those words, “Well done, good and faithful servant.” I claim the promise that you will reward my faithfulness and I look forward to entering into the joy of my Lord. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The promise is that the faithful servant will be rewarded with greater responsibilities and will enter into the joy of their lord.
