Prayer based on Luke 11:52. Themes: Judgment, Hypocrisy, Knowledge
Dear God, we come before you humbly and ask for your guidance and wisdom. We pray for all the lawyers and legal professionals who may have taken away the key of knowledge from others. We ask that you help them to see the error of their ways and to seek your truth and understanding. We pray that they may not hinder those who are seeking to enter into your kingdom and that they may find their own way to enter in. We ask for your forgiveness and mercy for any wrongdoing and for your grace to guide us all towards a better understanding of your will. Amen.
Verse: Woe to you lawyers! For you took away the key of knowledge. You didn’t enter in yourselves, and those who were entering in, you hindered.”
Luke 11:52
This is a Command. The verse is a warning to lawyers who have taken away the key of knowledge and hindered others from entering in.
