Dear Lord, I come before you humbly and acknowledge that I am a sinner. I confess that I have not always followed your ways and have at times turned away from your teachings. I pray that you forgive me for my sins and help me to become a better person. I ask that you guide me on the path of righteousness and help me to be a witness for you. May I never be like those who killed the prophets, but instead, may I be a true child of God. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: Therefore you testify to yourselves that you are children of those who killed the prophets.
