Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that we are not of this world, just as you are not of this world. Help me to remember this truth and to live my life in a way that reflects my heavenly citizenship. May I not be swayed by the values and priorities of this world, but instead, may I seek to honor you in all that I do. Thank you for the assurance that I am not alone in this, and that you are with me every step of the way. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
