Prayer based on John 10:34. Themes: Identity, Scripture, Divinity
Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank you for reminding us of the promise written in your law that says, “I said, you are gods.” We claim this promise today and declare that we are your children, made in your image and likeness.
We believe that you have given us the power and authority to overcome every obstacle and challenge that comes our way. We trust in your promise to guide us, protect us, and provide for us in all circumstances.
Help us to walk in the fullness of our identity as your sons and daughters, knowing that we are loved, valued, and cherished by you. May we live our lives in a way that brings glory and honor to your name, and may we always be a reflection of your love and grace to those around us.
Thank you for the promise that we are gods, and for the privilege of being called your children. We love you and give you all the praise and honor that you deserve.
In Jesus’ name we pray,
Amen.
Verse: Jesus answered them,“Isn’t it written in your law, ‘ I said, you are gods?’

This is a Promise.
The promise is that the reader is like a god, as it is written in the law.
