Praying from Colossians 2:20 relating to Freedom, Redemption, Spiritual Warfare.

Dear Lord, I pray that I may truly die with Christ from the elemental spirits of the world. Help me to let go of the worldly desires and temptations that hold me back from fully surrendering to you. May I not subject myself to the ordinances of this world, but instead, seek to follow your will and your ways. Give me the strength and courage to live a life that is pleasing to you, and to always keep my eyes fixed on you. Amen.

Verse: If you died with Christ from the elemental spirits of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to ordinances,
Colossians 2:20

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to not subject themselves to ordinances as though they are still living in the world.
