Praying from Colossians 1:2 relating to Grace, Peace, Faithfulness

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before you today as one of your faithful children, seeking your grace and peace in my life. Just as you promised to the saints and faithful brothers in Christ at Colossae, I claim that promise for myself today.

I thank you for your unending love and mercy, and for the gift of your Son, Jesus Christ, who died for my sins. I pray that you would pour out your grace and peace upon me, filling me with your Holy Spirit and guiding me in all that I do.

May I always walk in your ways, following the example of Christ and living a life that is pleasing to you. And may your grace and peace be evident in all that I say and do, so that others may see your love shining through me.

Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise of your grace and peace. I trust in you and give you all the glory and honor, now and forever.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
